Let's Quit Screwing Around In Iraq!

The Pentagon announced today the formation of a new 500-man elite
fighting unit called the United States Redneck Special Forces (USRSF)

These boys will be dropped off in Iraq and have been briefed with the following facts about terrorists :

1. The season opened today.
2. There is no limit.
3. They taste just like chicken.
4. They don't like beer, pickups, country music or Jesus.
5. They are directly responsible for the death of Dale Earnhardt .

The Pentagon expects the problem in Iraq to be over by Friday.

Monkey Love

Okay, so this is truly an odd couple in every sense. But a monkey and a pigeon
have become inseparable mates at an animal sanctuary in China. The 12-week-old
macaque monkey - who was abandoned by his mother - was close to death when
it was rescued on Neilingding Island, in Goangdong Province.

He was taken to an animal hospital, where his health began to improve, but he
seemed spiritless... that is, until he developed a friendship there with a white pigeon.

The blossoming relationship helped to revive the macaque, say staff at the animal
sanctuary. Nowadays, the unlikely pair are never far from each other's side, but they
aren't the only ones to strike up an unusual friendship.

Earlier this year a pig adopted a tiger cub and raised him along with her piglets because
his mother couldn't feed him. And in 2005 a baby deer named Mi-Lu befriended Kipper,
a lurcher (dog), at the Knowsley Animal Park in Merseyside after she was rejected by
her mother. But that's another story...

As an ICU nurse, I have to say that one of the most heartbreaking family tragedies I witnessed was the drowning or near-drowning of a child. These situations almost never had happy endings, and there was always a huge element of guilt present that devastated families or marriages.

IMPORTANT TO READ THE STORY BEFORE WATCHING THE VIDEO, AND

Make sure to watch this video closely as it is somewhat hard to see.
Strange but interesting.

This is a car advertisement from Great Britain . When they finished
filming the ad, the film editor noticed something moving along the side
of the car - like a ghostly white mist. They found out that a person had
been killed a year earlier in that exact same spot in the road.

This ad was never put on TV because of the unexplained ghostly
phenomenon.

Watch the front end of the car as it clears the trees in the middle
of the screen and you'll see the white mist crossing in front of
the car, then following it along the road...Spooky!

Is it a ghost, or is it simply mist? You decide. If you listen to
carefully to the ad, you'll even hear the cameraman
whispering in the background about it near the end of the commercial.

A bit disturbing, to say the least.
